Yokocho Group has three restaurants (in Sydney Town Hall & Burwood), which feature delicious Tokyo-style sushi and street-style yakitori. The design of these restaurants features wooden panels displaying the menu items, in hand-written Japanese Kanji. Creating the calligraphy for these 80+ panels reminded me of all the delicious dishes from my home country!
